Hamm Institute awards 8 seed grants to advance energy innovation at OSU Hamm Institute awards 8 seed grants to advance energy innovation at OSU Aug 29

The institute awarded $200,000 in seed grants to OSU faculty members who are tackling some of the toughest challenges in energy security, resilience and innovation. Eight projects were chosen, each receiving $25,000 to test bold ideas, bring new teams together and set the stage for bigger research efforts.

Researchers in the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology’s School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, led by Jack H. Graham Endowed Fellow of Engineering and Assistant Professor Dr. Ying Zhang, are involved in a three-year project through the Hamm Institute to help the energy sector meet its security needs for future energy networks.
